Founded in 1992, Villaggio Globale International has established itself as a prominent agency at both national and international levels. It provides support to public institutions, private cultural organizations, and businesses by specializing in the identification, design, organization, and communication of significant cultural events. These events range from temporary or permanent exhibitions to festivals, conferences, and initiatives connected to specific territories.
Over the years, VGI has gained recognized expertise in the creation and implementation of projects aimed at enhancing cultural heritage. This includes its independent press office activities for events and cultural institutions, handling countless initiatives in media relations and communication strategies. VGI also develops promotional campaigns, adapting tools and methods to changing needs and times, while crafting sponsorship and partnership proposals to foster synergies between the economic and cultural spheres.

PROJECT DESIGN AND VALORIZATION
VGI’s cultural heritage and activities design services focus on studying the identity, purpose, and accessibility of assets and territories. It collaborates with clients to define management strategies and create projects, events, or strategies for enhancement or redevelopment. This process starts with analytical investigations of the context and situation, extending to the definition of content, necessary relationships, implementation methods, and financial forecasts.
The company engages art historians and specialists to address the scientific aspects of events, activities, or site uses, considering project goals and client expectations. VGI also facilitates and develops relationships with various key entities, institutions, and organizations necessary for project success.
The goal is always to integrate and develop synergies between the unique qualities and assets of a place, including cultural heritage, landscapes, tourism, and regional economies.
EXHIBITION AND EVENT MANAGEMENT
Leveraging its internal resources and acquired expertise, VGI provides comprehensive or targeted organizational services for a wide range of cultural exhibitions and events, including conferences, seminars, celebratory programs, festivals, itineraries, and more. It ensures coordination with relevant institutions and stakeholders.
From liaising with scholars and scientific committees to handling institutional and administrative processes, VGI acts as an organizational secretariat and registrar. It coordinates with museum and governmental offices, manages suppliers and professionals such as architects, designers, creatives, installers, technical services, transport companies, insurers, couriers, and more. VGI also drafts collaboration contracts, oversees editorial coordination, and builds functional networks to ensure the event’s success while maintaining control over timelines and budgets.
This expertise has resulted in hundreds of high-quality events in Italy and abroad, recognized for their scientific rigor, innovation, and appeal.
COMMUNICATION AND PRESS OFFICE
VGI develops precise communication strategies for cultural offerings, managing press office activities for public and private cultural institutions, major exhibitions, festivals, and other initiatives. It fosters relationships with media and promotes events by skillfully blending traditional and innovative tools, tailored to specific needs.
With a focus on the client’s requirements and the interests of partners involved, VGI ensures professional excellence and a strong reputation. Services include defining keywords, content, headlines, creating visual identity concepts, identifying target audiences and communication tools, and crafting cultural marketing and promotional plans.
Over the years, our company has overseen the launch or reinstallation of significant museums, including the MART in Rovereto, Palazzo Madama and the MAO in Turin, the Museo di Santa Giulia in Brescia, the MAEC and the archaeological park in Cortona, the Music Museum in Bologna, the Museo Bailo in Treviso, Palazzo Fulcis in Belluno, the Museo Correr and Palazzo Fortuny in Venice, the MANN in Naples, the MUNDA in L’Aquila, and more.
Similarly, Villaggio Globale International has continuously managed media communications for prominent institutions and the exhibitions and events they promote. These include Brescia Musei, Villa Manin, Ferrara Arte, Musei Civici di Padova, Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia, the Stazione Zoologica in Naples, the Galileo Prize for scientific literature, Palazzo Maffei–Fondazione Carlon in Verona, and the Giancarlo Ligabue Foundation.
PARTNERSHIPS AND SPECIAL INITIATIVES
VGI assists clients in seeking supporters and sponsors for their initiatives, identifying the most effective systems and crafting tailored fundraising campaigns. The company also offers consultancy and prepares presentation materials for public institutions seeking sponsorships or donations.
